For over a decade, I’ve been on a quest to understand what truly moves curious seekers – diving into anatomy, physiology, psychology, movement therapies and various artistic approaches. I believe movement is so much deeper than simply working out: it can be a path to self-awareness, confidence, lifelong well-being and joy.
